Responsibilities
Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Finance, and Billing teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Utilize PowerBI and advanced Excel to analyze and interpret financial data, providing actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.
Prepare and analyze journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciling marketing expenses and preparing financial reports.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Develop and present financial recommendations to support marketing strategies and initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to drive business growth.
Continually assess financial processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the marketing space.
Proven expertise in PowerBI and advanced Excel, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Exceptional financial acumen, with experience preparing journal entries, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and reconciling expenses.
Strong experience serving as a liaison between various teams, with a proven ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to provide ad hoc financial analysis and develop data-driven recommendations to support marketing strategies and initiatives.
Outstanding problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and implement effective financial process improvements.
Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
