Responsibilities

Serve as the internal consultant; crafting narratives, and developing business cases to obtain leadership support, resources, and investment.

Develop concise communication materials and provide leadership support in key events and initiatives such as Tech In, Operating Committee, Business Reviews and Board meetings. Drive the engagement strategy in partnership with internal communications and HR partners.

Influence cross-functional teams to define technology strategy, design actionable roadmaps to deliver business value.

Keep up to date on technology trends to support JPMC's businesses. Self-manage professional development and development of IT knowledge.

Support risk, control, compliance, legal, and reporting functions to ensure adherence to firm-wide expectations.
