Responsibilities
Scoping, planning, and delivering projects within the agreed timeline
Assigning and coordinating service management, engineering, and operational resources
Building and maintaining project plans using the Solution Lifecycle methodology
Monitoring and controlling project activities, reporting status to stakeholders
Providing ongoing PMO support to operations & sales teams
Incorporating steering committee governance and communication plan
Establishing project management processes in accordance with policies & standards
Providing program performance reviews and recommendations to leadership
Following software development life cycle during UAT & deployment
Analyzing project requirements, mapping test cases, and designing test coverage plan
Managing test cases, test plans, software testing, issue and defect management
Ensuring environment management, UAT, deployment, and production release
Documenting test strategy, translating functional requirements, and refining test requirements
Facilitating and participating in User Acceptance Testing
Developing and proposing enhancements to optimize system effectiveness
Designing, implementing, and monitoring data metrics for visibility and action
Managing IT Operations and services delivery, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction
Monitoring availability, capacity management, and resolving integration issues
Leading service reviews, contributing to Quarterly Business Reviews, and managing customer experience
Documenting and enforcing operational processes as per the signed contract

Required
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
Ability to inspire and motivate a team, while managing and influencing them towards achieving project goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Skilled in negotiating with team members, stakeholders, and suppliers
Proficient in organizing tasks, managing time, and keeping track of multiple elements of a project simultaneously
Ability to quickly identify problems and implement effective solutions
Capable of adjusting to changing conditions and managing unforeseen challenges
Proficient in the use of and ability to rapidly pick up new technical skills
Demonstrate initiative in self-directed learning, particularly in project/product management delivery tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Microsoft Office applications and ServiceNow SPM
Strong experience in managing Agile projects and methodologies like Kanban, SCRUM etc.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Demonstrate adoption of and on-going learning of tools, processes, and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience Working In a Managed Service Company
Preferred
Some preferred certifications would be: PMP, CSM, ITIL, SAFe etc.
Lean Six Sigma (or Green Belt) years of related process experience
PowerBI is added advantage
