Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend applications using Next.js and React.

Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver engaging and dynamic user experiences.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level frontend engineers.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and apply this knowledge to improve applications.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across the frontend stack.

Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Required

8+ years of experience in frontend development.

1+ years of experience with Next.js

Strong proficiency in Next.js and React.

Strong in TypeScript.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Experience with modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).

Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Ability to quickly and accurately estimate the cost and effort needed to deliver a feature.

Preferred

Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation.

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

Experience with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
