Responsibilities

Collect requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and ensure delivery as planned.

Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules for assigned projects.

Communicate and report project progress to stakeholders and regional teams.

Drive results and mitigate delays and risks through proactive project management.

Facilitate planning, monitoring, testing, and delivery of project efforts across teams and functions.

Take thorough notes during project meetings to capture key decisions and follow-up items.

Collaborate with teams across the enterprise to identify priorities, implement projects, and communicate the roadmap.

Continuously improve processes and projects by being organized, innovative, and collaborative.

Required

Understanding of project management methodologies and the product development lifecycle.

Ability to understand business processes and business implications of decisions; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.

Excels in fast-paced environments with frequently changing priorities by being agile and exhibiting reliable planning, organization, and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills; can work well and communicate with a diverse range of individuals.

Industrious and able to develop 'out of the box' solutions to solve problems.

Persistent and results focused; must be able to deliver results in an environment which requires a high tolerance for ambiguity.

Extensive multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

Willingness to learn and be a part of the Ria family.

3-5 years as a Project Manager or similar role.

Work(ed) in the financial industry or with digital platforms (mobile, web).

Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Results-oriented track record for monitoring and coordinating projects.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Hands-on experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
