Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to digital audio advertising clients and agency partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships and ensure smooth campaign management.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaigns meet advertiser's objectives.
Handle insertion orders, manage campaign assets, and implement ad tags efficiently.
Monitor campaign progress, provide comprehensive reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Support sales efforts and optimize campaigns for successful delivery.
Proactively troubleshoot technical issues, discrepancies, and campaign performance concerns.
Manage new orders and oversee project workflows in the billing system.

Required
Minimum of 1 year experience in digital, radio, or mobile advertising operations.
Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through.
Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with advertising platforms and order management systems is preferred.
