Responsibilities
Assist with team reporting and dashboards using Asana and Salesforce.
Review customer contracts related to branding and marketing agreements, and accurately record information in Okta databases.
Maintain and update the Customer Marketing account repository in Asana.
Organize and manage team documents, folders, and systems, while exploring opportunities to enhance team efficiency.
Support project management of customer marketing programs, including scheduling customer hero photo shoots, coordinating staffing, routing content for approval, and maintaining trackers in Google Sheets.

Required
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred
Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
