Responsibilities

Excels at leadership - lead, direct, and review team's work to achieve operational or functional targets
Drive strategy and direction for maintenance and configuration of applications
Develop, direct, and communicate team and department goals
Establish metrics, KPIs, or other performance measures to track progress
Influence diverse collaborator groups and drive compliance and acceptance of policies

Required

Experience leading an IT team at a client site
Experience completing application project roadmaps for clinical, business, 3rd party, and revenue cycle applications
Experience in client relationship management
Experience managing and developing a team
Strong communication skills
Experience in driving strategy and direction for maintenance and configuration of applications
Experience in managing the delivery of services to clients
Experience in establishing metrics, KPIs, or other performance measures
Experience in leading and influencing central initiatives at the department-level
Experience in project management methodologies
Experience in managing projects
Experience in analyzing data and recommending resolutions
Experience in process improvements and innovative approaches
Experience in delivering training, guidance, and feedback to encourage success and promote individual and team growth
Experience in identifying developmental opportunities and driving decision-making for staffing and performance decisions
Experience in contributing to process improvements and innovative approaches
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
