Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness and correct any errors.
Organize and maintain data files and records, ensuring they are easily accessible.
Review and process documents such as invoices, reports, and other data sources.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data as required.
Assist with data analysis and interpretation when necessary.
Follow company data privacy and security procedures to protect sensitive information.
Provide administrative support as needed.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other data entry software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Preferred
Familiarity with database management and data analysis tools is a plus.
