Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing community solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinating with various teams, including engineering, construction, operations, and finance, to ensure all aspects of the projects are aligned and progressing according to plan.
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Identifying risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with community members, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of community solar projects.
Assisting in the development of proposals, bids, and tenders for new projects.
Ensuring all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and industry standards.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices within the organization.

Required
A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the energy or renewable energy industry.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be a plus.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving the transition to a sustainable energy future.
