Responsibilities
Dive into project scopes and execute plans with laser focus on contract specifications and detailed plans.
Craft and manage comprehensive financial budgets covering labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, travel, and other essential costs.
Leverage proficiency in MS Office Suite and HCC’s accounting/document management systems to streamline processes.
Efficiently procure and arrange timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Maintain clear, concise written communication and documentation. Provide timely status reports to clients and HCC upper management.
Identify and mitigate risks, revising plans as necessary to protect HCC’s interests.
Coordinate with the Project Superintendent to ensure project schedules are maintained.
Monitor, analyze, and forecast job expenditures to keep budgets on track and projections accurate.
Provide precise inputs for the Monthly Billing Projection report.
Review and respond effectively to change order requests.
Deliver exceptional customer service, representing HCC with professionalism and integrity.
Regularly visit job sites to observe, assist, and support the crew.
Equip project superintendents with the information and resources they need to succeed.
Oversee all project administrative activities including contract reviews, change orders, subcontracts, expense costing, applications for payment, and project reporting.
Execute project closeouts meticulously according to customer requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with pre-construction teams on estimates and technical support.

Required
3-5 years of proven experience in project management.
Stellar client-facing and internal communication skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
A high school diploma is a must; PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
