Responsibilities

Ensures EHS compliance and continuous improvement in EHS performance

Develops the site’s asset reliability strategy and preventive maintenance program

Monitors and improves existing asset maintenance practices

Drives continuous improvement in maintenance practices using data-driven decisions

Participates in the development and improvement of reliability SOPs

Partners with functional groups to develop equipment shutdown scopes and schedules

Provides technical support for plant equipment troubleshooting

Leads equipment repair initiatives, supports Capital projects, and process improvements

Ensures reliability program compliance with OSHA’s PSM regulations

Tracks and reports monthly metrics, prepares technical progress reports

Ensures compliance with Corporate Quality Requirements and ISO9001

Partners to drive LEAN/Six Sigma, continuous improvement of processes

Actively participates in a culture of continuous improvement

Models personal leadership through SI’s Value-Based Behavioral Competencies

Demonstrates strong personal awareness and ability to build collaborative relationships

Required

BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Experience

Strong MS-Excel, MS-Word and database skills

Extensive Process Industry equipment knowledge and experience

Working knowledge of OSHA PSM standards

Strong Troubleshooting Skills
