Required
Over 8 years of experience in financial services or service marketing
At least 2 years of leadership experience
Ideally hold FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with applicable state Life and Health Insurance licenses, or willing to obtain them
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
