Responsibilities
Managing live radio production, ensuring seamless content flow and quality sound presentation.
Developing and updating on-air imaging, promos, and production elements to support show features and station campaigns.
Overseeing digital content management across platforms, maintaining relevance and fostering audience interaction.
Spearheading the launch and management of show podcasts and video content to broaden reach.
Collaborating in daily content development by researching topics, crafting segments, and booking guests.
Participating in strategic planning meetings to align content with station goals and enhance listener satisfaction.
Facilitating remote broadcasts and special events logistics to elevate the show's presence and community connection.
Maintaining organized archives of audio and show materials for future reference and compliance.
Upholding FCC regulations and station policies to ensure broadcasting standards are met.

Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in radio production or a related field.
Strong digital proficiency and familiarity with social media platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and lead effectively when needed.
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, or equivalent.
