Credit & Underwriting Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Perform daily auditing and processing of pending credit applications that require further review
Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced centralized commercial underwriting environment
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, prioritize, and execute tasks to balance business needs vs. technical constraints, ensure quality
Handle a high volume of applications that can be data-intensive with tight SLA’s
Analyze and process borrower forbearance and loan modification requests while adhering to the process accurately
Process daily Universal Commercial Code transactional duties for borrowers in a timely manner
Handle loan disbursement and managing milestones in accordance with established policies and procedures

Required
Associates degree in Business administration, Economics, or related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Min. of 2 years of tangible work experience in an operations or administrative support role
Basic skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Demonstrate priority-driven thinking through excellent written and oral communication skills.
Tasks are to be performed independently, with minimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work.
Intellectual curiosity and strong creative problem-solving skills
