Responsibilities
Collaboratively oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution discovery, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
Deliver Data Governance solutions across several work-streams - to include Data Lineage and Data Quality, Data Cataloging, Data Modeling. Delivering metadata management capabilities; whilst ensuring integration services across various parts of the CIB metadata ecosystem.
Drive objectives, key risks, and metrics to measure the success of the Governance product.
Develop user journeys and related artifacts that help communicate persona-based experience, and document business process modelling activities for future reference

Required
8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively with senior management, partner with internal partners, and leverage internal resources.
Experience developing, tracking, measuring, and improving OKRs and driving to outcomes; experience with building, launching, and operating client-facing API or integration capabilities; deep understanding of developer experience needs, API usability and layering
Experience with complex data mapping and integration patterns across multiple internal legacy and cloud systems, lines of business, and vendor systems
Preferred
Recognized thought leader within a related field
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Experience in financial services or SaaS data platforms is preferred
Prior product solutioning and delivery experience working in a Data Governance or Data Management related role
