Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding their needs, feedback, and any issues that arise.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
Create detailed account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and client satisfaction. Implement strategic sales approaches to target high-value clients and secure long-term contracts.
Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Gather and analyze client insights to tailor solutions and improve the overall client experience.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account statuses in the CRM system. Regularly report on sales performance metrics, progress towards targets, and other key indicators to management.
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of products or services.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to clients, helping them to achieve their business goals through the effective use of company products and services.
Gather feedback from clients and work with internal teams to continuously improve products, services, and sales processes. Stay updated with industry developments and continually improve sales skills and knowledge.

Required
Demonstrated success in sales roles with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Experience in the relevant industry or market, with an understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong presentation skills, with experience in developing and delivering compelling sales presentations to clients.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality customer service.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and account strategies to achieve sales goals. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
Strong negotiation skills, with experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals. Proven ability to close sales and secure long-term contracts with clients.
Ability to quickly learn and understand the company’s products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Comfortable using CRM systems, sales software, and other technology tools to manage sales activities and client interactions.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve sales goals.
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and client insights to inform sales strategies and improve performance. Proficiency in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
