Responsibilities
Build solutions to solve enterprise customers' data privacy and security problems at scale
Take ownership of the developed solutions, continuously improving and scaling them
Develop server-side components primarily in Golang and work with various data stores and processing pipelines
Co-own a performing, fault-tolerant, highly secure microservice architecture and evolve it continuously
Master data security and data protection techniques and implement them
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand use cases and end-to-end solutions
Ensure the well-being of the SaaS production system in terms of quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and efficiency
Innovate the building, deployment, and operation processes
Stay updated on technologies and tools, contributing to open-source communities

Required
Really know about scalable distributed systems
Have built production systems and services in Golang (ideal) or Java/Python/Scala
Have a deep understanding of domain driven data modeling
Have built production services in cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, Azure) and know where itʼs awesome and where it hurts
Dead serious about tooling, best practices, automation - anything to improve DevEx
Are a great communicator and collaborator
Have dealt with complexities for mobile, web and mixed environments
Really grok your CI/CD (Github Actions, etc), Database/Storage (Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, ScyllaDB, Postgres, ElasticSearch) and VCS (git/GitHub) tools
Good at instrumenting, troubleshooting, performance tuning multi-tenant large scale Kubernetes deployments
