Responsibilities

Lead a global team of engineers to deliver high-quality software aligned with HP’s hardware innovations.

Manage all phases of software development from inception to deployment and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software releases with hardware schedules.

Drive strategic planning and execution of software solutions across multiple platforms.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience managing engineering teams, preferably in a global setting.

Proven experience in software development and project management.

Experience with modern software application development tools and technologies

Hands-on experience with issue tracking and requirements management tools

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.

Experience aligning software development processes with hardware production cycles is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
