Responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to optimize website and marketing channels to drive conversion rates
Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to analyze website traffic to understand user behavior and provide data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and conversion
Establish web analytics framework to monitor the health of KPIs and key conversion points in the web journey and marketing funnel
Understand and implement ways to monitor conversion funnel congestions, design and usability factors of highly converting web pages
Understand the "WHY" behind the data and deliver actionable insights to further improve UX and conversion rate optimization
Define and maintain overall optimization program (web experience, landing pages, forms and calls-to-actions)
Use an iterative approach to optimization, formulating new experiment ideas and hypotheses, while implementing winning results
Support the team in developing hypotheses, testing roadmaps and reports for optimization projects (A/B, Multivariate, Targeting, Personalization)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that optimization efforts align with the company’s overall marketing goals
Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and opportunities for optimization

Required

5-8 years of digital marketing optimization experience at a globally recognized brand or agency with a focus on analytics
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred

Detailed knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising platforms, and web analytics tools
Preferred proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
Understanding best practices for UI and UX for websites
Familiar with common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression)
