Responsibilities

Work autonomously while balancing design quality within technical constraints and business requirements

Engage with partners and end users to understand their needs and design experiences for onboarding, education, troubleshooting, and product understanding

Use customer research, agile design iteration, prototyping, and usability testing

Consume, improve, and contribute to the design library; collaborate with the Brand team to ensure consistency; develop and maintain design documentation for shared patterns and components

Influence and collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing

Work closely with other designers to gather feedback, build consistency, and critique each other's designs; encourage team members to learn and grow skills
