Responsibilities

Ensure that code meets all functionality and acceptance criteria on telemetry tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, TICK, influx, Splunk, Hygeia, and custom telemetry.

Utilize iOS knowledge on Swift and experience with mobile device management tools.

Work with microservices, orchestration of containers (e.g., Docker, Marathon/Mesos, Kubernetes/EKS, Faregate), logging, and monitoring telemetry tools.

Implement configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible, and infrastructure provisioning tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.

Manage CI/CD pipelines, API standards, software project life cycle activities, and building dashboards.

Install and renew certificates, integrate scanning tools with CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system security against cybersecurity threats.

Identify technical problems, develop software updates and fixes, perform root cause analysis of errors, resolve pipeline issues, and work on server patching.

Collaborate on Taapsec requests, application, and APIs onboarding, follow Gitlab workflows, and demonstrate good knowledge of AWS.

Required

5+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer with a proven track record

Experience working on MDM (mobile device management) tools

Strong knowledge/experience with microservices and use/orchestration of containers (e.g. Docker, Marathon/Mesos, Kubernetes/EKS, Faregate)

Logging and Monitoring Telemetry (e.g. ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)

Configuration management tools Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible

Infrastructure provisioning tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation

CI/CD Pipeline experience (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo)

Familiarity with API standards like Swagger, PlantUML

Experience in software project life cycle activities designing, supporting, and deploying systems comprising one or more of the following: Cassandra, Kafka, DynamoDB

Experience building beautiful dashboards

Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure

Certificates installation and renew to keep them up to date

Scanning tools (SAST, DAST) integration with CICD pipelines and resolving vulnerabilities

Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes across the environments

Perform root cause analysis of production & NPE errors and resolve Pipeline issues

Perform true up activity

Quarterly Server patching

Work on Taapsec requests, application, and APIs onboarding

Proficiency with Gitlab workflows

Good knowledge of AWS
