Responsibilities
Independently or with guidance, capture business requirements by defining the business problem and data needs with the customer.
Apply knowledge of data structures and sources to develop and implement business intelligence solutions.
Develop partnerships with IT teams for analytic infrastructures and data engineering.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of technical standards and governance practices.
Apply data visualization methodologies to identify trends and patterns.
Prototype solutions to improve data visualization products.
Act as a trusted advisor to drive business value through data visualization.
Develop knowledge of relevant data, information, and application architecture to influence decisions.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with policies and procedures.

Required
Bachelor's degree in quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science or other business-related subject area
2 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility (i.e. P&C, Bank, Finance, etc.)
Working knowledge of business intelligence platforms, data management platforms, or SQL-based languages (Tableau, Business Objects, Snowflake, Hadoop, Netezza, NoSQL, ANSI SQL, or related)
Ability to build business knowledge through meaningful partnerships at the individual contributor and leadership levels
Proven critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
Proven presentation and communication skills
Preferred
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
2 years of related experience with SQL or Python
Data and Analytics experience supporting Anti Money Laundering operations
