Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain network systems, including software updates and security protocols.
Troubleshoot network, video, ICS, and data systems.
Create and maintain documentation for WAN, LAN, ICS infrastructure, cabling, and equipment configurations.
Design, set up, and configure network systems to minimize downtime and ensure disaster recovery.
Manage the lifecycle of PCC network devices.
Consult with MIS Management on strategic directions and adhere to MIS policies and procedures.
Possess IT certifications in network and security, and experience with network monitoring software.
Understand networking cabling and infrastructure standards, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage networking equipment power and cooling requirements.
Demonstrate strong organization, communication skills, and experience with Helpdesk ticketing systems.

Required
Experience in network engineering and administration
Ability to monitor and maintain network systems including software, security updates, and real-time notifications for emergent issues
Troubleshooting skills for network, video, ICS (IIoT), and data systems
Documentation creation and maintenance for WAN, LAN, ICS (IIoT), infrastructure cabling, equipment inventory, and equipment configurations
Design, setup, and configuration of network systems for minimal downtime including failover, maintenance outages, and disaster recovery
Lifecycle management of PCC network devices
Consulting with MIS Management on strategic directions
Contribution to the development and execution of MIS policies and procedures including SOX
Preferred
IT certifications in network and security
Experience with network monitoring software
Knowledge of networking cabling and infrastructure standards
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software such as meters and packet capturing
Understanding of networking equipment power and cooling requirements in data centers, MDF, IDF, and IT closets
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience using Helpdesk ticketing system
