Responsibilities

Drive a continuous improvement roadmap and lead Kaizen events
Inspire change and implement continuous improvement tools
Support collaborators in building, testing, and deploying cross-functional solutions
Break down complex opportunities into manageable pieces and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Identify technical/resource options, assess costs, benefits, and ROI
Handle escalations, mitigate risks, and balance business needs with technical constraints
Lead improvement projects and bring expertise to add value to the team
Unify distributed efforts to deliver quality outcomes for customers
Work across organizations to marry internal support capabilities with customer experience
Lead programs to continuously improve organizational efficiency
Promote Lean and Six Sigma principles
Provide thought leadership and influence change at all levels of the organization
Run projects ensuring on-time delivery through planning, execution, engagement, documentation, and monitoring

Required

5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years working in a data center, leading teams in new builds, expansions, and decommissions.
Strong technical knowledge, which encompasses data center and network technologies, design and IT infrastructure.
Experience using data and metrics to understand and drive improvements
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
3+ years of driving process improvement experience
Advanced degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
