Responsibilities
Understand client needs and ensure project requirements are aligned with their goals.
Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients throughout the product development lifecycle.
Gather and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve the product.
Take ownership of product outcomes and ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
Monitor and control project scope, budget, and timelines to meet quality standards.
Exceed client expectations by delivering high-value features and addressing any issues promptly.
Define and prioritize the product backlog to focus on delivering the most valuable features first.
Regularly refine and adjust the backlog based on feedback, changing requirements, and performance metrics.
Ensure that user stories and acceptance criteria are clear and well-understood by the development team.
Provide guidance and support to the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Encourage continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
Drive the strategic direction of the product, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
Identify opportunities for product growth, innovation, and improvement.
Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members.
Foster trust, transparency, and open communication across all parties involved.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Required
5+ years of experience in agency web development.
2+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
Experience in working within a SAFe Agile framework.
Experience using project management tools like Jira or ClickUp for managing product roadmaps.
Familiarity with the web development life cycle (WDLC) processes and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
Experience with Adobe e-commerce platform and development.
Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including military personnel, government agencies, and contractors.
Strong skills in prioritizing and managing a product backlog.
Proficiency in making data-driven decisions and driving product delivery to achieve mission objectives.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification
