Responsibilities

Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet business goals and objectives.

Conduct time studies to analyze work procedures, workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout for maximum efficiency.

Manage engineering change notifications to ensure timely communication and implementation of changes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve manufacturing and production problems.

Develop systems and procedures that promote design for manufacturability and improve production efficiency.

Utilize lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize productivity.

Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing manufacturing processes and equipment.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.

Develop cost analysis systems and production planning.

Ensure compliance with industry safety and design standards.
