Responsibilities
Solution Design: Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Technical Implementation: Configure, customize, and deploy ServiceNow applications while adhering to industry best practices.
Data Migration: Support migration efforts from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and optimal structure.
Integration: Assist in integrating ServiceNow with other systems to streamline processes.
Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for configurations and customizations.
Testing and QA: Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and user experience meet project goals.
User Training: Provide support for end-user training and adoption of implemented solutions.
Change Management: Support change efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly.
Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security standards and compliance requirements.

Required
2+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
U.S. Citizenship required; active DHS, ICE, or Secret Clearance.
Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
Strong understanding of UI customization and workflow development.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles.
Preferred
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Application Developer, Implementation Specialist).
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Human Resources or Customer Service Management.
Knowledge of integration techniques with external systems.
