Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, test, and optimize the operating system to implement hardware abstraction layers, OS services, and user space software subsystems.
Utilize knowledge in software architecture, design, and development, and understand operating system internals and silicon on platform features.

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Management, or related field with 4+ years of experience -OR- Master's degree in computer science, Information Management, or related field with 3+ years of experience -OR- PhD in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field with 1+ years of experience
Linux Kernel contributions, working worldwide across a multifunction matrixed organization, interfacing with multiple engineering disciplines, technical stakeholders, and strategic planners
Experience with Linux operating system including bare metal and virtualization and open-source software development
