Responsibilities
Recruit patients and community stakeholders for the advisory council, manage logistics and facilitate meetings, work with the PACER project leads and other project team members.
Manage day-to-day operational issues for the patient and community stakeholders advisory council.
Create project plans/timelines. Work independently on meeting project goals.
Collaborate with other departments to obtain needed resources to complete projects within expectations and timeframes.
Manage projects to ensure quality and timely achievement of project deliverables and objectives.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
Communicate task assignments and due dates in a clear, professional, and timely manner. Manage work plan and project tasks to meet committed time frames and project milestones.
Monitor project status, resolve risks, issues, action items, and decisions in a timely manner and escalate to leadership for support when needed.
Facilitate team meetings to discuss project progress and contribute to preparation of project presentations related to research studies.
Serve as a contact to leadership and key stakeholders to report project progress and to assist with problem resolution.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Maintain business operations and applications knowledge level to provide required information as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or health related field preferred
Experience with patient engagement is a plus
Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written), leadership, and problem-solving skills
Aptitude for quickly understanding and documenting new processes and technical concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the project team and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Ability to balance demands and response to time constraints
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools
H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
3 Years of Experience
