Responsibilities

Play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Maintain and perform continual service improvements on implemented modules: ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Work with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows.

Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows, and business use cases.

Perform operational administrative tasks as needed.

Assist with report configuration and maintenance as needed.

Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.

Design and develop ServiceNow Forms, Tables, and Modules.

Develop Workflow/Flow Design to drive Approvals and Process Lifecycle.
