Responsibilities

Provide clear vision and strategy to guide high-priority investments
Ability to speak to all parts of the IRAD as an integrated whole and dive deeply into at least one part
Ability to build Leidos customer-specific use cases and/or guide the team in creating relevant cases
Communicate progress, plans, and roadblocks with the IRAD Program Management Office
Identify and communicate effectively with relevant IRAD stakeholders across the enterprise
Meet IRAD communication and reporting objectives on time, including compliance and release planning
Be 100% accountable for managing $2-9M budgets
Serve as a full-time resource dedicated to IRAD as your first priority
Ability to lead through influence and manage complex matrix staff
Understanding of Leidos IRAD and PMO processes for managing a program
Knowledge and experience managing an EAC and budgets
Coach and mentor leads toward vision and ability to communicate IRAD objectives succinctly
