Responsibilities
Support the development of innovative electric vehicle strategies that align with Ford's vision and growth objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the electric vehicle ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the creation of agile product roadmaps for electric vehicles.
Participate in entrepreneurial initiatives such as pilot programs and strategic partnerships to drive EV adoption.
Assist in building and maintaining a network of stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and community organizations.
Monitor and report on competitive dynamics and market trends to inform strategic adjustments.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in a strategic, analytical, or similar role, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus
Willingness to travel domestically 1-2 times per month required
Preferred
Basic understanding of electric vehicle technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to innovative solutions
