Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve the performance and reliability of the service.

Set and lead the execution of the roadmap.

Provide technical direction to engineers on the team.

Work on building highly scalable distributed systems.

Utilize Java for programming including Object-Oriented and Functional programming techniques.

Employ data stores such as Cassandra and Redis.

Work on stream processing and data processing tools and best-practices.

Implement CI/CD and Cloud Environments.

Familiarity with the GraphQL framework.

Required

8+ years experience building highly scalable distributed systems.

Strong Programming experience in Java including Object-Oriented and Functional programming techniques

Solid understanding of concurrency control, data structures, algorithms

Experience with data stores such as Cassandra and Redis.

Experience in stream processing and data processing tools and best-practices

Experience with CI/CD and Cloud Environments

Familiarity with the GraphQL framework

Self driven, collaborative, communicative, and fun to work with.
