Responsibilities

Acts as a leading engineer to drive overall quality system development and quality control tool development for scalable products.

Reviews product/process design and specification documentations to ensure alignment with process capability and yield targets.

Works with supplier process/quality teams to map out process development exercises and improve yield.

Assesses technology risk and plans validation exercises to demonstrate feasibility and manufacturing capability.

Analyzes test and validation results to provide technical recommendations for manufacturing.

Required

3+ years of experience with in-depth technical knowledge and proven track record in one or more of the following areas: Display/Sensor technologies (TFT, LCD, AMOLED, touch sensor, OLED), electrical, optical, and/or semiconductor processes.

Proven ability to drive vendor in quality improvements, familiarity with quality control and monitoring systems.

Capability to execute DOE, SPC, failure analysis, and yield improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Able and willing to travel internationally (up to 25%).

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant engineering degree.
