Responsibilities

Bring structure to ambiguous problems by collaborating cross-functionally and prioritizing logically in regulated environments.

Required

8+ years experience in program management, marketing consulting, digital business transformation or similar role

Comfort and experience in operating in regulated environments

Strong project management skills to 'get things done' - prioritize ruthlessly, balance multiple projects simultaneously, influence without authority

Able to traverse big picture thinking and enjoy sweating details

Excellent communication (and influence) skills - internal and external

Understanding of marketing technology is a plus

Bachelors degree, with 8 to 12 years of experience
