Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote Total-Western's services and solutions.
Support the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, print, and event-based campaigns.
Develop compelling marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, social media updates, and website copy.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of marketing materials.
Coordinate and monitor digital marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.
Analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing and brand-compliant marketing assets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and client appreciation events.
Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities for marketing events.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing projects.

Required

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the engineering, construction, or industrial sectors.
Marketing Skills: Proficiency in marketing principles, practices, and tools. Experience with digital marketing platforms and content management systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft engaging and persuasive marketing content.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze marketing data and generate actionable insights.
Creativity: Demonstrated creativity in developing marketing materials and campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Preferred

Industry Experience: Experience in marketing for the oil and gas, power generation, or manufacturing industries.
Digital Marketing: Experience in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media advertising.
Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills for creating and editing marketing visuals.
