Responsibilities
Develop and implement a local marketing strategy in partnership with the Office Managing Partner and the Regional Marketing Manager to support strategic goals.
Establish and maintain high-level partnerships with local professional organizations, industry associations, and educational institutions to identify leadership roles, speaking opportunities, and referral sources for attorneys.
Identify and coordinate office and community engagement events, sponsorships, and activities to generate leads and strengthen partnerships with attorneys.
Collaborate with the PR team to maximize local surveys, submissions, and awards that highlight our attorneys or clients, and identify advertising opportunities in local publications to support brand objectives.
Oversee the office marketing budget, including processing invoices, reconciling expenses, forecasting spend, and ensuring effective budget management throughout the fiscal year.

Required
Bachelor's Degree with a preference for candidates having law firm experience
3-5 years of experience in a professional services or law firm event coordinator role, demonstrating exceptional people skills and a high level of professionalism
Proven ability to manage budgets, develop cost-effective strategies, and generate a range of solutions to meet goals
Flexibility to work outside regular office hours and travel as needed, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
