Responsibilities

Develop data sets and KPIs for tracking progress and responding to results.

Build and maintain scalable self-service tools and dashboards aligned with departmental goals.

Maintain backend data structures in GBQ and Looker for impactful reporting.

Conduct rigorous analyses to generate data-driven insights.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive strategic decisions.

Communicate insights and recommendations to executive leaders.

Required

Bachelors in computer science, engineering, math, statistics, economics, or other quantitative discipline

2+ years of work experience in a relevant field such as business analytics, data management or engineering, quantitative analytics, testing, predictive modeling, etc

Proficient knowledge of SQL / Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel / Google Sheets

Familiarity with visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar

Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience leveraging data from a multitude of sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and impact overarching strategy

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand how various parts of the business interact; can identify and approach problems from a customer perspective

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience

Preferred

Knowledge of LookML is preferred, but not required
