Responsibilities
Drive complex projects while prioritizing deliverable execution, mitigating risks, managing escalations, and ensuring stakeholder requirements are satisfied.
Understand the breadth of the product offering and market needs, working with engineering teams to deliver projects, and represent Studio in the Cloud in executive-level meetings.
Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
Identify core process gaps, improve them, and establish organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain roadmaps, setting appropriate expectations while maintaining standards.
Thrive and succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, and make trade-off recommendations, while balancing the business and customer needs versus technical constraints.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related engineering field.
10+ years of experience in a technical program management role.
Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
Previous experience or understanding of cloud technologies, engineering, software, and systems development lifecycles.
Experience developing or managing engineering or product portfolio planning and tracking processes and cadences.
Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable driving teams to deliver results, speaking up, and challenging the status quo when needed
Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.
Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn about new tools, software, and market opportunities quickly.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
