Responsibilities
Develop tools to support project initiatives by identifying requirements, gathering and analyzing data, designing tools, implementing products, tracking usage, and maintaining tools and reports.
Lead large projects or multiple medium-sized projects by defining scope, objectives, goals, success criteria, risks, and issues; coordinating planning activities; developing resource plans; monitoring budgets and costs; managing changes; and ensuring adherence to project standards.
Analyze business efficiencies for sustainment and implementation projects by using analytical methodologies, developing solutions, prioritizing assignments, ensuring data accuracy, identifying improvement opportunities, probing root causes, developing tools for project analytics, and communicating project metrics.
Apply expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans by providing advice, supporting efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provide and support business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders, identifying business needs, carrying out necessary processes, monitoring progress and results, recognizing improvement opportunities, and adapting to organizational changes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, operations management, or related field OR 4 years' experience in project management, operations management, or related field.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)
Preferred
Developing reporting, database, and/or feedback tools
Leading a cross-functional team
Writing queries, report automation, or related field (for example, SQL queries, Microsoft Excel macro development)
