Responsibilities

Understanding of the goal-setting capabilities along with data integration, goals modeling, plan design, financial modeling, data analytics, and health check.
Knowledge of Quota setting/refinement based on various global standard methodologies to enhance sales team motivation.
MBO administration to track and rate sales performance on qualitative objectives for local and global views through an online interface.
Understanding roster integration with upstream and downstream processes, workflows/audit trails, etc.
Supports other project team members such as Business Analysts, Testers, etc.

Required

Functional knowledge of incentive compensation management
Understanding of calculation cycles, master and reference data, relationships, assignments, pay instructions, reporting, metrics, etc.
Experience working with vendors, business, and IT team members
Outstanding communication skills
Understanding of goal-setting capabilities, data integration, goals modeling, plan design, financial modeling, data analytics, and health check
Knowledge of Quota setting/refinement based on global standard methodologies
MBO administration experience
Understanding of roster integration with upstream and downstream processes, workflows/audit trails
Supporting project team members such as Business Analysts, Testers, etc.
7+ years of relevant work experience
Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle phases
Knowledge of tools like Jira, HP ALM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details

Preferred

Working knowledge in Zaidyn and Axtria (SalesIQ) platforms
