Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
Apply human-centered design (HCD) principles to optimize user experience
Author and review a variety of project documents including functional specifications and training materials
Collaborate with both client and internal teams to define detailed stories and epics

Required
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in application development
3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform
Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and reside in the U.S.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools for requirements and configuration management
Knowledge of Object-Oriented enterprise software development processes
