Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on user stories and requirements.
Perform manual testing to identify, document, and report bugs and issues within software applications.
Collaborate with the software development team to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the software meets quality standards.
Simulate user behavior and test different scenarios to ensure all aspects of the software function as expected.
Monitor debugging process results and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts).
Stay updated with new testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Required
Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Tester or similar role focused on user experience.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
Preferred
Working knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective strategies and test plans.
Experience with software QA tools and processes.
A detail-oriented individual with a passion for software quality and user experience.
Capable of working independently and managing your workload effectively in a remote setting.
Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
Eager to learn, adapt, and apply new analytical techniques and tools in a fast-paced environment.
