Responsibilities

Develop and execute a vision, strategy, and roadmap. Be a disciplined and inspiring leader in scaling various engagement models.

Partner with design teams to build Earner-facing UI with a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics.

Monitor and measure launched products and provide insights for product development.

Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to internal partners and leadership teams.

Analyze data to iterate on effectiveness, usage, and quality. Develop a plan to grow and scale the product.

Required

Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or similar.

5+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale.

Excellent data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with a high design bar and a mentality of starting with the customer first and working backwards.

Experience defining objectives, key results (OKRs) and tracking performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve them while using data to align teams and drive strategic decisions.

Preferred

Experience working very closely with engineering and data science teams, with an ability to drive technical and analytical discussions.

Familiarity or background in economics with a true passion for Uber's mission, our products, and the company's hybrid technology/operations nature.

A "Go Get It" mentality. You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery with customer empathy - Think about the "why" before the "what".
