Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, organizational and/or operational requirements

Serve as a liaison between the software development team and project stakeholders to ensure that the project is aligned with user needs and business objectives

Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of workflow

Responsible for identifying problems and developing recommendations, as well as coordinating action with the project team and customer

Create and deliver reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations

Maintain our Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

Work with stakeholders to define and document business processes

Convert requirements into workable Product Backlog Items (PBIs)

Assist other teammates with the development of training materials and user acceptance testing documents
