Required
Experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with project management and communication tools
Tech-savvy and comfortable suggesting and integrating new tools for efficiency
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing needs
Preferred
