Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and deadlines
Assist with administrative tasks such as filling out forms and managing correspondence
Support tax-related tasks
Coordinate design projects and manage due dates for various projects
Help with general organization and task management
Provide all-around support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operations

Required
Experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with project management and communication tools
Tech-savvy and comfortable suggesting and integrating new tools for efficiency
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing needs
Preferred
