Responsibilities

Support Land Acquisitions team in managing transaction deal flow, including ensuring that all relevant data and associated documents are tracked and kept updated.
Support real estate transaction processing and administration for fast growing and ever-changing business needs.
Assist with site selection process, financial analysis, site due diligence, market data and determination of sites meeting region’s portfolio standards.
Assist in implementation of a relevant system of metrics to plan, manage, measure and evaluate performance pertaining to the transaction process.
Effectively communicate expectations, requirements and status of deals to key stakeholders and business partners – both internally and externally
Help coordinate an ever-changing variety of internal initiatives and projects.
Continue to build a culture of speed, flexibility and innovation with all business partners.
Closely collaborate with other internal teams such as operations, legal, finance, treasury, tax and risk assessment to help deliver highly successful projects
Coordinate with external partners such as landlords, brokers, developers, design professionals and other consultants.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 1+ year(s) relevant experience
OR 2+ years equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 2+ years Portfolio Management, Real Estate, or Office Management experience
OR 2+ years equivalent experience
Knowledge of the real estate transaction process
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, internet applications
Ability to effectively communicate internal process requirements to various audiences (e.g. internal and external stakeholders)
A track record of coordinating high quality projects in an atmosphere where speed, flexibility, innovation and heavy workload are the expected norm
Previous experience as a contract manager
Real Estate Portfolio Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year
