Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience applying analytical processes on IT projects

Minimum three (3) years of experience must have been in business systems analysis and design - analyzing business needs, collecting technical requirements, designing appropriate process flows /software solutions

Successful implementation of a minimum of three (3) projects, at least one (1) implementation for a State Department or Agency
