Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless production, distribution, and delivery of products.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish long-term business goals and operational strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop Cardin McCoy team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Ensure all products maintain a cohesive brand identity and adhere to our quality and design standards.
Collaborate with the design team to stay ahead of children's fashion trends, ensuring the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth launches of new collections, maximizing visibility and sales potential.
Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure operational processes support creative and sales objectives.
Manage the budget for product development, production, and inventory, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
Establish a system for gathering feedback from customers and retail partners, using insights to guide future product development.
Work closely with the Design Director to establish rigorous quality control standards, focusing on materials, fit, and finish, to ensure the products are safe and of the highest quality for our customers.
Regularly review market competitors and customer preferences to ensure the brand remains a top choice in the children's fashion industry.
Identify potential challenges in the product development and production phases and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Champion continuous improvement, constantly refining our processes for enhanced efficiency and product excellence.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Design, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role, specifically within the children's apparel industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
Comprehensive understanding of the children's apparel, footwear, and accessories market.
Proven track record of overseeing operations, from production to distribution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer focused.
Forward-thinking with the capability to strategize and implement innovative operational solutions.
